Well, "sue me if I'm wrong" (as the saying goes), but, if what is posted to a database such as these is factual and truth, why and how would anyone have the right to sue anyone? Yes?
And, as would be the case with my own LL, any "pissing and moaning" from them (LL's) would be the direct results of their own guilt.
I'm looking very fwd to contributing as much as I can. AND, I'll be specific, concise and factual.
This IS the Unted States of America where we are covered by our Consitutional rights. Obviously the LL's have given theirs a good run. It's about time Tenants enjoy the same privileges.
THANKS TO SATORI AND TENANTNET!
: My database, will accept any information that is basically true about
: the history of a landlords practices. My search engine, which I am creating
: is like Yahoo, but , if any one wants to partner with me I would like that
: for it's t alot of work to do a good job, in the reporting of such a story
: of such social importence. If they the landlords sue my company so be it,
: but people that can't risk usually can't see the reward.
