Chances are many never read our posting policies at the top of the
message board page. Just in case, here they are...
TenantNet Conference Area Posting Policies and Disclaimer
For the most part, this is an open Message Board. It is not necessarily
a Question and Answer forum, so don't be surprised if we don't
answer every question posed.
It's meant to be a discussion forum, so we encourage visitors to join
in and participate. Pose and answer question, let us know of your
experiences, etc.
TenantNet and this forum is not a place to advertise apartments for
rent, and is not a place to look for apartments. There are plenty of
Real Estate web sites and Usenet news groups where this is appropriate.
We reserve the right to remove any posts that violate this
policy or other posts we may feel are inappropriate. It's our call.
On the other hand, discussing methods of looking for apartments, and
providing tips -- we think is appropriate. Sometimes this topic
may overlap with inappropriate topic indicated above. We'll try to be
flexible, but please try to understand the difference.
As for mentioning particular landlords and buildings, that is all right
to a point. Any post is an expression of opinion of the poster and
not necessarily the view of TenantNet. We cannot and will not be
responsible for any post expressing an opinion of a particular
landlord. If we feel the post enchroaches on slanderous or libelous
territory, we reserve the right to remove the post.
