I got just such an e-mail but it was obvious to me taht the individual
had nothing to offer but fear and paranoia so I tossed him in the TRASH.
IT IS SO IMPORTANT THAT WE EACH EXERCISE OUR RIGHTS. I personally view
this as a human rights issue. NO ONE SHOULD ALLOW ANYONE -- LANDLORD
OR NOT -- TO TERRORIZE THEM. Study up. Learn your rights. Get to know
the laws. Use the "Freedom of Information Law" to access records which
pertain to you and your home. If yopu let them get you in your home ther is
truly no place where you will be safe. Not that I want to scare anyone, but
it truly is UP TO YOU.
