Well the courts are designed to help the landlord. I am a tenat myself,
and as a tenat I seemed to feel the same way about the landlord. i would
pay my rent, and miss for , well not even miss, be a few days late then the
time i would usually pay the rent. and that was reason for my landlord to call the
"hitman" really.Then my power went off. Then i got knocks on the door at 3 am
in the morning everynight. Then thats after he tryed to entert the
door with the key he had for the apt.before i changed the locks. then
he woul dhave his hitman go away if i gave the hitman $10.000.
Thats just the summary, but anyway i won in court, i got my rent reduced
but, it was a battle from hell he put me thru.
