I just spoke to my landlord he said its on record that my apartment is
unsanitary, the painter refuses to paint theree for unsanitary reasons.
The landlord says that it"s all on "record" Hpd has is that that your
apartment is "filthy" "Are you moving?" I expalined to him that i will
paint it myself its not worth the hassle to deal with your workers.
And that I will bomb the apartment of the roach problem. He then informed
me that he gets calls from the other tenats in the building about the
smell in my apartment. I told him I burn incese, most of the time
The smell Hpd might have smelled was from the litter box of my cat.

Thrn it became a racical issue, the landlords started to like me because the
inspector as he said was "Black" " he was black was he not, I love these people,"
and the person he hired to paint the apartment was black, so that in my mind
what he was trying to say if i challenge him I am challenging

Richard Wright, or Baldwin persoanlly, I persoanlly am against racism, and
I am in a difficult situation becuase if I well challenge the landlord he
will take me to court again.And there are a few days were nd oder may have
come from my apartment from the litter box, but , i don't want to have them
turn my life upside down and turn my landlord tenat issue into a racial issue.

I feel like , I'm being extorted once again, by a bunch of bigots that
quite frankly act like adloph Hitler appealing to the worst in peopples
psyche , and, what comes to my mind mind now is the words of Gandhi
" don't cooperate with and unjust authority," Every action that was done
by the authorities has been unjust. I was not told by HPD that my apartment,
was unsanitary when they came to my apartment. I was not told by the
authorities that I would be in the middle of some political "side show"
my words to appeal to there reasons for hating me for calling them so much.

And whats even worse in all this is the fire the authorities are building
to not try and find a point of agreement among all invloved. Its all
hang the tenat. It seems to me , well not all the tenants don't resent me, well even if they
did this is america, I don't live in a garbage can. In fact I am very concerned
about the dangers of pollution, I read books and articles by some like
Rachel Carson, so i guess if they want to make pollution and issue, lets
debate it in court if they take me there.
