: You were right. He was a troll. But my question is, will he find it necessary
: to move back home with Mommy and Daddy in Greenwhich after the investment
: bank lays him off or he gets tired of the club scene?

Hey, moron. My parents do not live in Greenwhich, I am not an investment banker, I don't go to clubs, and I probably make less than you (if I don't, well, I sure have to pay more rent than you). I just live in a NYC apartment with no rights while freeloaders like you get guaranteed lease renewals while I don't, while you pay half of what I do for the same apartment. Speaking of addresses, I have a GREAT idea: Let's give the NY State and City tax authorities access to the rent rolls of all stabilized and controlled tenants of record. Then they can pull your returns and ask, hey dude, like, how come you claim this apartment as your primay residence, but say you live in Long Island and file NY City nonresident returns? You're either cheating on your taxes or cheating on your apartment (typical of those who say they should get rent control while everyone else can't) Just answer my original question, please, if you can get your greed out of the way and think for a change: why should I have less rights as a tenant than you?
