I live in what is considered de-controlled housing so I'm not sure what my rights are. My landlady served me and my roomates with a notice stating that our lease, which is up in April, will not be renewed. She did not give any reason why, just a signature. This woman has repeatedly harassed us during the almost two years we were here, and unfortunately we did not file any complaints for the sake of keeping peace because she lives in the same building. But this is the final insult and I'd like to know what I can do to buy some time or make at least make her go through the trouble of getting real legitamate documents. HELP Please!!
