Hi. I am writing an article on the subject of landlord blacklisting of potential tenants: rumor has that landlords can access a data base of housing court information to let them know a tenants history of legal action. As of yet, this is only a RUMOR. I know that this topic was discussed formerly on this site and I was wondering if someone could reference me to the approximate date? There are so many postings here, I couldn't find it. If anyone has any information on this issue, please email me ASAP at KiriBlak@aol.com. I would appreciate anyone's input, especially that of Tenant.net. Thank you.
