Boy are you confused, and probably not Rent Controlled if you don't
understand -- and if not rent controlled, it won't affect you. The 32.8%
was a proposed MBR increase. I believe it's still in litigation, but read
the Met Council paper on TenantNet for more up-to-date info. The 7.5% incease
is the MCR, not the MBR. It's not the legislature; it'a already law. If you
don't understand this, get a primer on the difference between RC and RS
on the web site.
