Thank you for your supportive statement. Perhaps I do sound like a landlord when I reply to questions. I merely try to be direct. I;ve found, in many years of representing myself and other tenants in housing courts of NYC, that the most direct information is often the best. And, often, the questions posted to this BB are time sensitive.
If I have no idea what to say in response to a question, I prefer to leave the space open for those who do know what info should be given (rather than babbling like some lack-of-life).
But your statement is appreciated.
