I need help in the area of building code,my question is, in N.Y.
can a landlord install drop ceiling in the apartments. I have a tenant below
that smokes and the fumes and odor just make there way up to my apartment.
What can I do my cloth smell like smoke and my wife and kids have to breath
it in to. I need help :(
