Sure you can go to the Bar association but keep in mind that 95% of all
complaints for attorney misconduct bought to the attention of the bar
are thrown out of court. Try joining and organization Like HALT in Washington DC
, they work on just this topic.Why not do what he would do like if he the lawyer
was assulted by words or deeds sue him in court. I think its called
harassment. You can file claims pro se (without and attorney), and there
are books out there on how to sue pro se
