Then you might have a federal case under the civil laws called RICO,
Its a new law though. For then they( landlord) are conspiring to extort you, as well as other
things. You might be able to file it in Supreme Court and add abuse of process and
have the federal question of Rico answered in that question, but , its not
easy finding another lawyer to sue another lawyer under
these grounds, and to me its just a long shot guess. But,in order to
start to find advice I would contact HALT, in Washington Dc
http://halt.com. they have listing of attorneys that handle cases
against attorneys, as well as other publications that I found to
be very useful. it seems to me you have at least and abuse of process of
claim, against the landlord, if they extort (or conspire to extort) you in your housing court case. You can call the bar
association lawyers for the $25 consultation but they will probably laugh you
out of there offices, but at least you will get some idea has to how lawyers
think.Generally any sort of mediation never works, they generally rubber stamp anything
a lawyer does

: Might be going again, in a non-payment case wherein LL will be asked to prove he is justified collecting rent amount amount from PAR that revoked my Order Finding Rent Overcharges . . .

: If LL continues to engage services of this #*%!X, after being made aware of this threat on my life, .......................what?
