: : Quick work, My understanding is that i must be served with the 72 hour notice personally, then I have six days untill I can be forcably evicted. Was i misinformed.t
: Sure, six twelve-hour days equals 72 hours. Get some professional help ASAP.
Again my understanding is that if you read the body of the notice you are, in fact, allowed 6 days not just 72 hours. i was told this by a Marshal who was coolecting my judgment for 4,0000 aginst my landlady. if i understand you correctly you have never heard of such a thing . Right? Plus my original guestion was about the serving of the eviction notice, not the invitation to court for the hearing. agin i have been to court the trail is over and now we are in the final stages. I have collected my judgement and my landlady is soon to collect possesion. Make sense now?
