All that costs money...most landlords (including me btw, I'm on a coop board for my other smaller apartment) just stick to the basics: TRW, Job verification, and pay-stubs. The rest can be costly.

Some will look to see if you have a criminal record...but past crimes for which you did time is not necessarilly a legal reason to be denied housing. Its discrimition in some states....
