I live in a pre-war 1 bedroom, tub-in-kitchen apartment. The toilet is in a water closet outside the apartment, in the hallway. I dont share it with anyone, it is designated for my apartment only, and I have the only key. Is the landlord required to provide heat to the water closet, or is it exempt from the lease?
