Hi, my building management allows bigger deliveries like furniture, tvs etc. only with an appointment.
Before 9am they allow no deliveries which are to big to be stored in the buildings package room, even if i would receive the delivery at the service entrance and bring it to the apartment by myself.
The delivery company isn't able to bring my delivery after 9am - in my case it is between 6am and 8am. The building management told me i can only get a delivery before 9am if i pay a fee.
Is it legal what the management does in my case? |
