| I moved out of an apartment at the end of August. Long story short my landlord is refusing to return the security deposit. I don't live in NYC and don't have time to handle these issues now, nor travel to Small claims in new york. Anyone have an idea about statute of limitations on security deposits in NYC? Does it make a smalls claims case harder? |
