Newcomer's questions about renting in New York City

Postby sanji29 » Mon Jan 03, 2022 1:50 am

Hello, everyone, and welcome to my first post! question: I'd like to get some rental suggestions in NYC, specifically in FiDi, Soho, Tribecca, or anywhere in the mid-to-lower Manhattan. TLDR: I'm not from the city and have only recently moved to New York. I'll be working in finance in Tribecca and am seeking for a three-bedroom apartment. Is there any general advice on how to get the best rent pricing, avoid shady landlords, what to look out for in general, and so on? Rent will be around 2-2.5k per person at most. Thanks!

what my age now

This is not a site for people looking for apartments. While you may glean information from the many posts to the forum and the site in general, this site is for people who already have apartments and may be experiencing problems.
