We live in a converted building which recently had a varience hearing. As far as I know the procedure went smoothly. Now there is an A.I.R. sign on the outside of the building.
I know this stands for Artists in Residencce or something of the like, but what does it REALLY mean. Do we as tenants receive any kind of benefit? Does this effect the conditions of our leases in any way? (We have a commercial lease.)
Thanks for any info.
Mark
