Building staff Holiday Gratuities...

I live in a Rent Stabilized apartment in a doorman building where most of the tenants are hyper-rich. I've never lived in a building with a Concierge and Doorman and have no idea what kind of Holiday gratuities are considered proper. Is it a % of your monthly rent? I hope I wont be expected to give the same amount as the rich people in the building.
