I have an ongoing LL harassment problem; They have exhausted all legal attempts to have me extracted from my 40year rent stabilized flat. So they are continually pumping something into my flat. I'm woken in the middle of the night with coughing fits--it's not covid, I've been checked--it's dust that riled up when something is pumped into my room; the bar downstairs, right below me has been gone over a year. I feel sick, headache, nausea until I depart the building. Within 2 blocks I'm fine. In a city of some 2million rent stabilized apts, there has to be others who have dealt with my same/similar situation. Would there be a forum where mostly tenant attorneys dwell? Citywide they would recognize my situation. This is my LL group David Lansey CEO

Have you used an air quality monitor to get evidence for the air quality problem?
