Breaking My Lease!

Hi there!

I found a gorgeous rental that is too good to pass up--unfortunately, I have 11 months left on my lease. It is not rent-stabilized or controlled--it is a modern bldg. rental through big mgmnt. company.

I am wondering, what are the ramifications?
We will be giving them 3 weeks notice before we move out. They have about 4 months security deposit of ours in the bank. Think we'll ever see any of it?
