After 12 years in the same rent stabilized apartment, I've bought a condo up the street.
Got 4 months left on the lease.
Ya think the LL is really going to hold me to it, or will they be happy to see me go so they can renovate and jack up the rent.
Curious if anyone else has had experience in this.
This is the only variable I am unsure of in this whole homebuying process.
