LL in my Apt???

I live in an apartment upstairs in a private house.
I strongly believe that my landlord and his mother are going in my apartment when I am not home. What is the best and easiest way to gather proof? (Any webcam suggestions or small home alarms) And what do I do next?

Also- if I change the locks, am I required to give them a key?
