Open for suggesstions:

A "Tenant X" approached me with the following:

The super on the premises has, for the past several months, been telling other tenants in the building about Tentant X's dealings with the landlord and has included information about Tenant X's personal housekeeping habits. Recent tales have included Tenant X's rent payments, payment history over several years, the general conditions in Tenant X's apartment, and court cases which Tenant X has been involved in regarding needed rapairs in the apartment.

Question to the panel:
Are there legal ramifications to the habits of the super and if so, what do you suggest?

All information/feedback is greatly appreciated as Tenant X, usually a solitary and private person is becoming quite annoyed to the point of becoming ill over this.

Many thanks as always to all.
