Desperate for advice

I live in a town-home on Staten Island. The landlord wants to sell all of a sudden. I have no savings to move, my lease is up in August and the owner will not compromise in anyway. I can't pay rent and save for a place to move into (real estate fee, first month's rent & security) at the same time.

What rights do I have? Please help me.

You have a lease until August, any buyer would have to honor that lease, but after that is anybody's guess.
