Does anyone know where I can find an itemized list of the responsibilities of a super in a rent stabilized building? I am having issues with my super who does not seem to understand what his duties are. He keeps telling me that certain things such as the maintenance of the building hallways and plumbing and electrical issues are responsibility of the tenants, but as far as I know they are the responsibility of the super. I would like to have this as a reference for him and for myself. And also I want to make sure I have the right information before writing a complaint letter to my landlord if things do not improve.
