seven people in 2 bedroom apt?

is there any limit to how many people can live in an apartment?

A lady living here just had child #6!!

sh says that the city put her section 8 waiting list slot on hold, and now she has to stay here with all her kids..

she cannot be evicted, becuase she has jiggets paying the rent.

what I want to know, is if there is anyway of getting her a bigger place by asking the LL to evict her NOT for nonpayment?
