I am the leaseholder of my apartment; I have one roommate who is not on the lease. It is my understanding that as the leaseholder, if I forbid a particular person from entering the apartment, they are not allowed to enter, and that if they do, it's criminal trespassing. It is also my understanding that my roommate cannot similarly forbid someone from entering the apartment, since she is not the leaseholder. I just wanted to check and make sure that this is accurate; does anyone know? Thanks.
