I may have been wrong to start this proceeding early considering its only nov 9. how many days can you give someone to pay.. heres the deal and a brief history of the situation--
the sublet was for sept through dec 31. he gave me 2500.00(with utilities included) for sept rent and deposit that was going to be dec rent, and then 1250.00 for october and november. the reason i started this mess was because i knew he was giving me the runaround, fucken scammer. he kept telling me the rent was a few days away, then now his commission hasnt come through. he knows what hes doing.. he didnt pay oct, so the deposit goes to oct rent. i know hes not going to pay nov and dec , so its why i started this. so wheres the blumberg store. AND IF THERES A WAY TO EMBARRASS THIS GUY PLEASE TELL ME.
