thin doors

living room and bathroom doors are very thin.In bathroom i can't even brush my teeth or i can't even speak on phone while my brother sleeping because of noise,my landlord refuse to change doors. what i can do?

I'm not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure that the LL isn't on the hook for replacing 'thin' doors. Moreover, although I'm typically a sympathetic fellow tenant, I'm not sure he should be.

If you don't like the doors in the apartment, buy news ones and install them yourself. Be prepared to replace them with the originals when you move out in a non-destructive fashion, or get written permission to replace them at your expense.
