Hi my name is Wendy, I currently have a section 8 voucher(Federally funded) which is guaranteed rent, for a 2 bedroom with a maximum monthly rent of $1095 I'm living now in New York. I am looking for a 2-3 bedroom house or apartment to rent in New York, or any good area I work part time and go to school, I am very clean and responsible. My voucher expires June 21, 2002. The goverment will pay the broker's fee and up to $5'000 to the landlord as a bonus. So if you have a house or an apartment to rent please don't hesitate to contact me it would be greatly appreciated.
