Is this an appropriate forum for a co-op owner's problems?

How can a co-op owner forestall the seizure of his apartment? He has been taken to court over unpaid monthly maintenance, & lost his case. Now they're holding him liable for their legal expenses in addition to the owed back maintenance (with late fees).
Question: would active marketing of the sale of this co-op prevent its seizure?
