Landlord selling house - What are our rights?

Postby scottandanna » Sun Nov 24, 2002 2:10 pm

We have a lease until the beginning of March (3 months till end of lease), and our landlord is selling the house. She has hired numerous realestate companies and has begun showing the house to many people. Everyday someone new is checking out the place while we are at work. The thing we don't like about that is that they call during the day while we are at work, leave a message, and then proceed to come that same day without us even knowing.

They've been showing the house 7 days a week so far, and we'd rather them not show it on weekends especially. Do we have the right to refuse?

Can we define 3 days in the week with hours that are the only times a realator can show the house?

Thanks for any help you can give.
