Deposit return

I rented a house (in oklahoma) and the lease expired back in feb 04. I have been month to month since then. I recently bought a house and moved out. I only gave the LL about 15 days notice. I know the law here says must give 30 days notice. Can the LL keep all of my security deposit even if i left the house in perfect condition?
