i have been paying for a dishwasher in my apt. since 1994. L/L has been charging me an additional
7.00 per month for this. i do not pay anymore it is included in my base rent. I got rid of my old dishwasher and got a new one, but my L/L seized it from the delivery man, i had to call cops to get it back, they finalky gave it back to me, but now they are taking me to court for holdover.
i have proof of paying for thisall these years.
do you think what he is doing is right.
