B1/ B2 Visa Tenants

Postby summerbacf » Tue Dec 02, 2014 8:17 pm

I rented my apartment to a foreigner who was on B1/B2 Visa and we had a agreement of 1 year lease and it clearly stated that if the tenant is breaking the lease the tenant has to pay 2 months rent.

But they have left the country without even telling me. What are my options?
I do have their passport copies but since they didn't have SSN's my choices are limited and I wont be able to file an eviction too.

Please advise. I am frustrated. :( :( :(
