How long to decide a MSJ?

Postby adobogado » Thu Dec 04, 2014 2:33 pm

Oral arguments on cross MSJs in front of Judge Maria Milin in Kings county in August. Still no decision. Aside from a suicidal mandamus, is there anyway to nudge for a decision?

I would simply write a letter to the judge, and make sure you send a copy to your adversary. Judges seem to operate on their own schedules, but I would agree almost four months is longer than usual.
