Regarding traverse hearing!

Postby thinkdo » Thu Dec 18, 2014 12:47 am

Is the process server required y law to testify in court or he can choose not to go? and how in average much does the LL pay the server to go to court? someone told me servers charge $1000 to go to court, sounds like too much?

I don't know the answer, but if a tenant requests a traverse hearing based on improper service, it would behoove the LL to have the process server appear. However, I am not sure which party has the burden on proof here.

Hey, why not put all your posts in one thread (like your original thread) if they all have to do with this same case.
