Three Housing Court Judges Named

Chief Administrative Judge Jonathan Lippman has appointed three new Housing Court judges: John Lansden, court attorney for Housing Court Judge Timmie Elsner since 2001, who for six years before joining the court system was the owners' representative on the New York City Loft Board; Lydia Lai, a lawyer in the counsel's office of the Office of Court Administration for the past seven years; and Inez Muniz-Hoyos, an assistant district attorney in the Bronx since 1986.
