URGENT HELP, MY LAWYER FUCKED ME UP

Hi, today because of the snow I was unable to arrive in time in court. I called my lawyer and he said that everything was ok. Then tonight he called me and he said he negotiate for my living the apartment (when the truth is that we had all the right to win this cause..and not to live!). He was definetely paid off!!!What can I do????Help Urgently, please!!

First, you should fire your lawyer.  
 
Second, you (or a new attorney) should bring a motion in housing court to vacate the stipulation.
 
Third, you should file a complaint against your first lawyer with the Disciplinary/Grievance Committee of the appropriate Appellate Division of the Supreme Court.
