i didn't see your thoughts on the thread at viewtopic.php?f=3&t=14412

this is around $15/month difference between 1 yr vs. 2 yr for renewal lease, what are thoughts about what next years' Rent Guidelines Board increases with the new mayor? thanks very much.

Why start a new thread?

The 1 year renewal is really only for 6 months. While the rent may go up 1.5%, you would only pay that for the second six months.

Expect a lot more with the ongoing inflation and a pro-landlord mayor.
