Follow-up to . . . viewtopic.php?f=3&t=12773
I returned the two renewal leases and the 'lead paint' and 'window guard' documents and received back a claim that the other documents, which were referred to as "riders" are "statuary" [sic] and require my "counter signature," citing "the landlord" as the authority.
I will be sending a follow-up but assuming the impasse continues, which seems likely with this new office manager, what would the next recommended steps be?
Thanks.
