Hi the tile in my bathroom has been comming up for the past 7 months. When it first started i told my landlord, and he said he would take care of it. 7 months later the tiles are worse, and no ll to fix them. I have two children 2 and 4 years old. My wife says its breeding ground for bacteria. What can we do to resolve this problem? Can i fix it and charge my ll labor for the project? Can I hire someone to do it and take it off my rent? Or should Itake him to court? Asking him to fix it and not gatting an answer is beginning to drive me nuts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
