I have filed a Fair Market Rent Appeal. My landlord has provided DHCR with a copy of a lease for an apartment at 103-26 68 Road, Forest Hills. The copy of this lease lists the regulated rent as $2184.14/month with the preferential rent listed as $1500. The landlord wants DHCR to use this regulated rent as a comparable. I'm researching the lease. Does anyone have any information about this building, specifically are the regulated rents this high?
