Landlords Sue RGB ?

I was watching Eyewitness News tonight and they mentioned that landlords of Rent Stab apartments filed a lawsuit against RGB claiming the rent increases are not enough. Are the details of this action posted anywhere on the internet? Is this part of the overall scheme to end rent control/stab , or just another push for bigger increase? With what court was this action filed with? Is this an old lawsuit ?Any comments appreciated. This can effect one million++ apartments.
