Does landlord required to have all floors in an apartment leveled. Where can I find more information about condition of floors regulations.

leveled? What does that mean?

I meant all the floor surface in one prticular room to be leveled(flat).

If floors were required to be "level" that would probably do away wtth half of the housing in New York City.

Buildings settle and floors begin to sag with age. That's just one of downsides of living in an older building.
