The rent laws expire in less than four days, and nothing is happening. I was expecting mayhem by now. Where are the armies of rampaging grandmas in Albany?

Maybe enough apartments have come off regulation since 97 that we've passed some political tipping point?

I hate when I f@#$%^g do that. The title of the thread is supposed to be "It's unnaturally QUIET", and I screwed it up. And you can't edit the thread title.
