Sublet denial ...unreasonable...->now at trial time

Postby neosavemorpheus » Thu May 30, 2002 9:52 pm

I am in a sublet that was "unreasonably" denied, but I moved in anyway.

After 7 months of ridiculous BS showing up in court, and no resolution, it's finally going to trial next monday

Questions for anyone out there...

1. Trial is June 3. Should I pay my rent on June 1 or "wait and see" what happens at the trial to make sure I'm not evicted?

2. If the primary tenant loses, how soon can I, the undertenant, be evicted?

If anyone has some solid answers to these questions, or can direct me to a place where my quesitons can be answered, would be GREATLY appreciated.

thanks
